我是新手，这几天投标，客户要求先提供mockup
我不知道像这种情况的mockup需要做到怎样的情况
各位高手能不能告诉小弟一声。
比如是网站项目：
50-250 USD 第一次交流在PM中，客户提供竞争对手
的网站，要求我们提供mockup 我不知道这种mockup
是怎样做？
是复制文字或者还是改进外观？

这句话是关键，容易让人产生“得了便宜还卖乖的感觉”。
这可能就是文化差异吧

根据我看到得原文对白，我的感觉得很有可能是误解了，而且我觉得那个tomc可能是真的不清楚（例如，他用词比较谨慎，if you dont mind…, 好像对于你免费给他感到很惊奇。。。just for clarification…那一句话说的是既然你都免费了还走程序选你干嘛？他后来还对你发脾气真的感到很惊奇。。。（但具体情况我也不清楚，我只是试图进入的语气），但是你有些地方用词可能比较急躁（中国人用英文交流一般很少注意到情感色彩的细微差别，这有时候会带来麻烦），为什么一开始没有讲清楚呢？
我很理解网上做事容易被欺骗的心态，其实，真正的欺诈行为还是不多的，大家都带着良好的心态，平和一点，做得成更好，做不成拉到，按照既定规矩办事，一般不会上当的。我想以后如有可能，这倒是一个很好的交流案例分析，呵呵。

I didn’t state anything, I was simply asking you if you were doing this for free. I didn’t say I wont pay you. I was simply asking you a question to help me understand your intentions.

I was actually going to ask you to some more (much bigger and more expensive) projects for me, but if you get so offended by me asking you why you did something then forget it.

自由兄可能比较忙，好久没来了。

ebay上没买过，感觉国内买国外的东西比较悬的。中间手续比较多，所有只有那些水货商以公司的精力来吃这块蛋糕。

tim，你在ebay上面买过吗？进口税和手续麻烦不麻烦？

其实，国内的bb买的火的去了，都是unlocked，网络兼容有问题早就熄火了，问题的关键是，国内的这些下游商都是从国外进来的，都是旧的（即使99新）却都贴膜都卖新机子（即使被你发现了旧痕，但美其名曰水货运进来的划损，其实原来就是旧的）的价格；相比之下国外就规矩了，旧就是旧，新就是新，（ebay上划痕新旧程度都有说明）价格大不相同。既然保修都不那么可靠（因为外国货到了国内），为何不直接在国外买呢；况且自己是做外包的，把了如指掌的信息优势丢掉反而去找国内下游中间商有点心理阴影，而且在google的帮助下，相信自己的动手能力（除了unlock机子）不比那些中间商差到哪儿去。

也请更多其它弟兄有空介绍一下ebay买东西的情况，谢谢！
